Welcome to Mosaic Advisors! I started this business for two reasons. First, I saw a lot of need, especially in the Treasure Valley, for strategic planning and implementation of legislative agendas. I saw countless coalitions, groups, and even organization that had all the passion in the world, all the right people to achieve their goals, but absolutely no idea how to do it. I help these groups accomplish their legislative agendas through three main areas: legislative tactics, grassroots mobilization, and media advocacy.
Second, I work very closely with youth. Again, I saw organizations that work with youth all the time, that had no skill training. So, I developed curriculum for both students and advisors in leadership, skill development, and motivation. I have given several trainings and spoke at high school graduations, 4-H summits, and National Honor Society inductions. I find this work extremely rewarding and love that I can pass on my “tricks of the trade” to other adults that have the same motivation to see youth succeed as I do.
